Whose better, Noel Devine or Deion Lewis?

If you ask me.... Noel Devine. Reason being, yeaah Lewis had 200+ more yards than Devine but also had the second most carries in college football last year. If Devine had that many carries, he would be winning the heisman. He averaged 8.6 yards per carry. Freak right? but, what do you think? Noel Devine or Deion Lewis?
