Trying to find out about my property rights regarding an easement my neighbors have across my property-calif.?

my neighbor has egress rights to cross my residential property to get to her house (landlocked). Now she wants to start a daycare business !!! Lots of additional traffic across my driveway. Concerned about safety ( my kid ) and property damage. Do I have any say legally... how many vehicles, week-ends, etc.?? Thanks for any input or info sources.
