Irresponsible wife, please help!!?

My wife and I have been married for 5 years. I have tired very hard not to be the typical lazy slob husband, and it turn out that she is turning into him? I cook dinner, clean, take care of her dog, basically run the whole house. We both work full time, all she does is sit around and dirty up the house!! She is constantyl late for work and everything else. I feel like I am taking care of a child, she cannot do anything to help out. I am losing alot of respect for her because I am acting as her mother and not her husband. I bring it up all the time but all it does is make her upset. She has started bringing up children, there is NO way I am having kids when I already feel like I am taking care of one, I would just be a single parent. HELP!!!
