I got scammed on runescape and lost about 2.8mil in items. wat do i do?

this was about a month ago, but i still havent recovered. it was my life savings (weel 4 years neway). i finally got some decent armor but im still broke because i lost everything. can ne1 help me with this? btw, im a mem and i have about 71 combat lvl with 61 atk 57str 50def 43 prayer 61 mage 41 range and 57hp. 50 mining 47 wood cutting 38 herblore and 46 crafting 43 slayer. most of my other skills suck.
