In Call of Duty World At War why is the airstrikes taken out and dogs replaced the chopper?

Its better artillery is the same as air strike they r rockets they go up then down then kill. And the dogs r better than chopper when i get chopper I kill like 5 or 6 people but dogs kill like 9 or 10 and they distract people I can shoot.
