ual Abuse on child from father!?

When the legal system does not listen to a 5year old saying that daddy did lets not mention what!!!!! He had access 1day a week and it all took place at his unit. She was able to describe what took place with detail. The Police interviewed her on two occasions and taped these, they also set up Mother,Father contact and the child locked herself in the car, the police witnessed this. She did not want to see her father. I went to a private slctr, who said in his dreams to contact, within one week of court interim orders he gets Supervised visits Sat for 2hrs. UNREAL I may as well go back to Legal Aid. When i spoke to :Private Slctr she said well they won't do any thing that i haven't! She did not say that at the onset so $35,000.00 later. Here we are back at the beginning. The Child HAS NOT BEEN HEARD AND I AM SO ANGRY AT THE INJUSTICE i WAS INFRORMED THAT AT 5yrs of age they are not reliable. The Slctr said only two people know what took place the Father and Child.
