Runescape help?

Does somebody (I think no)would like to give his or hers mem acount.I would like to be a member but I don't have a credit card and I don't know how to pay with cash(and I'm afraid if i pay cash my money will be wasted and still I can't play on mem. )IF you simply want help on a free world add me as a friend...mystik85
