My child is nearing 4 yrs. she is not able to speak clearly. so i went to a speech therapist.?

there they told that she needs OT . now i am giving ot also. she is better . the ot Dr told that she is slightly having ADLD , slightly hyper active and sensory problems. now she is becoming better . but i am worried. pl adv
