Mexicans, while in Playa Del Carmen over Christmas I notices huge housing projects, do people have ownership?
When I get off the plane in Cancun the plan is always to get away from Cancun (snake nest). My family does not stay in all inclusive compounds and have no problems driving at night lol. Well we did rent a house in Playacar which is a reechie neighborhood. My question is when a developer wants your land on the ocean side of the highway do they offer you one of those attached townhouses that they are building faster then maps can keep up on the inland side of the highway? Yes the townhouses are new but what percentage of people go from ownership to renters? Also for those going to Cancun remember the Spaniard ran resorts pay the workers the least. Mexican, Canadian, and US owned resorts pay better, not sure on others. And remember the Mayans are not hard of hearing, talking louder will not help them understand you better. How embarring when I run into fellow Palidos acting like that. And don`t forget $4 day is Min wage. Oh and eat at La Cueva Del Chango (the gorilla cave) if near Playa.
