the fact that the time you snobbed him before and base on your description that he's a very reserved man, i think you should have at least throw him back a smile or something and things might have changed a little progressive. anyway, you can always asked someone, probably his brother, to arrange, yes arrange, once and for all, a meeting with him. and if it works, then only then you can think if you're really in love with him. i know you'll meet his high standards. be frank and open
