How do I become healthy?
First of all you need to plan and organize your eating habits that by eating about 5 to 6 time a day to give your body the essentials that it need to build up and be healthy .i know for sure that you will see that eating 6 time a day is not good but i ure you that if you eat in breakfast OATS with some warm water and one tea spoon of honey you will not need any thing to eat for 4 hours so after that you may need to eat a little snack in the midday to keep going then will come to your lunch time and eat healthy food like protein and carbohydrates and vegetables and then end up with a fruits after that you can every two hours eat a small snack till the dinner time when you eat healthy again i hope this will give an idea to change your way of looking healthy (the snakes can be like a banana or an apple or some nuts like almond).and make some briskly walking it will help you to tone your body and look healthy .good luck.
