Help me decide on this trade?

My team consists of Matt Schaub, Joseph Addai, Beanie Wells, Donald Driver, Larry Fitzgerald, Roddy White, Todd Heap, Derrick Ward, Cedric Benson, Joe Flacco, Jamal Lewis. It's a 14 team/PPR league that plays 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1RB/WR, 1TE and someone desperately offered me Mario Manningham for Jamal Lewis. Should I take it???
