Black & White, why is their still so much PREJUDICE?

How can we say that we are humanitarians when we still have a them and us. Application Forms for a job specificly ask the colour of ones skin, WHY? Have we learned nothing since the Civil War when Abe Lincoln was President! This question is not just aimed at Americans, but, the whole world.
